Button Case Project

I was tasked recently with take the very popular 200 button sound wall I built a few years back, and to shrink it down into a portable case sized exhibit. Here is my process from concept to design, to fabrication, to final product!

Here are some rendered photos of the 3D model I made for the design stage to make sure everything would fit.

The entire case was modeled in Fusion 360

Next step was to start the construction of the case, here are some photos of that process.

I had to modify the audio amp, the jack would have been on the surface panel, so soldered in a cable to run to the arduino.

Now that it is build up, lets check it out!
