Doug DeHaven A Friend of the lab wanted a custom Knife for his collection, so I setout to design and make my one!
Now that it is cut out, lets check out the cut quality.
Not bad! Now time to head to the grinder and get a point on it! For a knife with no edge, is pointless ha!
The next step will be to learn how to do proper heat treating to temper the metal so it will hold and keep the finished edge! Check back for updates as I work through that process.
